Power Supply
A power supply unit (PSU) converts AC power from the wall to DC power used by computer components. Wattage ratings indicate the maximum power a PSU can deliver, with higher wattage supporting more powerful systems. Efficiency ratings (80 Plus certified) measure how much power is wasted as heat.
